Revision & Refund Policy

We accept revision and refund requests with the following terms and conditions:

Revision Policy

You can only request for revisions within 48 to 72 hours from service completion and work output delivery for any completed batch in any project that you ask us to work on. Once this lapses, then we cannot offer you any revision for the work output that we complete and deliver for any of your projects.

To be eligible for revisions – Our work output should have significant non-compliance issues when compared against mutually agreed original requirements. Significant non-compliance issues, whenever applicable to your original requirements, may include but are not limited to work output uniqueness, work output depth, writing tone and style, technical accuracy, factual correctness, reasonable compliance to mutually agreed SLA (service level agreement) terms and delivery schedules, etc.

Your revision requirements should be within the scope of your original requirements. Out of scope revision requirements will be treated as new projects.

You can send your revision requests and revision requirements via email or Skype. Your revision requests and revision requirements should include comprehensive and reasonably comprehensible review details along with your specific original requirements that might have been missed, overlooked or incorrectly followed.
